Tena Milić Ljubić rođena je 1992. godine u Zagrebu. Akademiju za umjetnost i kulturu završila je 2019. godine te stekla zvanje akademskog glumca i lutkara. Kao studentica igrala je predstave u HNK Osijek i kazalištu Virovitica. U pedagoškom radu ostvarila se kao vanjski suradnik na Fakultetu za odgoj i obrazovanje te Akademiji za umjetnost i kulturu. Ostvarila je suradnju s Hrvatskim kazalištem Pečuh gdje je i odigrala prvu profesionalnu dramsku predstavu nakon diplome. Od 2021. godine član je ansambla Dječjeg kazališta Branka Mihaljevića u Osijeku.
